Last November 16 to 18, 2022, the Testech Group joined over 200 other technology companies from China, Germany, Singapore, and Taiwan for the Philippine Semiconductor & Electronics Convention and Exhibition (PSECE2022), the country’s premier electronics event, held at the SMX Convention Center.

The PSECE is the Philippine electronics industry’s preferred business platform where leaders, senior management, and industry professionals from the Semiconductor and Electronics (S&E) manufacturing and support sectors convene to discuss trends, innovations, and new directions in the industry.

Following this year’s theme, “Fight Climate Change Through Energy Efficiency,” the Testech Group shared the importance of energy efficiency and introduced new tech innovations to fight climate change. Over a thousand guests dropped by Booth 82, including Testech’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Alfonso “Tito” S. Yuchengco III.

On November 17, Gorgorio Tan Jr. – a Certified Energy Conversation Officer (CECO) and the BU2 Manager of the Testech Group – shared an insightful 20-minute presentation about the Testech Group’s commitment to GHGs Emission Reduction, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and RA11285.

The following day, Sales Engineer Dewin Miguel Sanchez attended the ASEMEP National Technical Symposium (ANTS), where top industry engineers and academe professionals shared the newest technical papers on various manufacturing and engineering tracks, among others.

That same day, Testech’s Marketing Manager Maria Teresa Torres joined SEIPI’s Q4 General Membership Meeting (GMM & CEOs Forum), which is an annual gathering of member-companies’ C-level executives, presidents, general managers, directors, and executives, as well as partners from the Government and academe. Here, the discussions focused on the latest trends and developments affecting the Philippine semiconductor.

Needless to say, this year’s PSECE was a success and the Testech Group looks forward to the next!
