Chairman / CEO
Alfonso S. Yuchengco III is widely respected businessman, having led and worked with numerous multinational corporations in the country. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Testech Group and Prople-BPO, Inc. and is one of the partners of Argosy Advisers, a financial advisory firm. He was the former Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, the fourth largest universal bank in the Philippines, and the former President and CEO of a conglomerate company. He is part of the Semiconductor & Electronics Industry of the Philippines and is an investor in several enterprises relating to consumer finance, construction, power generation, and banana plantations.
Elmer Lapeña
Director, President and COO
Elmer Lapeña is the President, Director, and Chief Operating Officer of Testech Group. He has taken on numerous leadership roles, helping transform companies into highly successful and reputable organizations. He was the former Vice President for Operations of Excelitas Technologies Inc., having served both the Cabuyao, Philippines and Shenzhen, China branches, and the former Director of Operations of PerkinElmer. His previous roles include being a Board Member of the Semiconductor & Electronics Industry of the Philippines and Chairman of the Board of the LISP Locators Association. Currently, he also heads the Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines, Inc. as Chairman and Board of Trustee.
