BASIC FUNCTION   
 

Interfaces with prospective clients to offer the company services.

Get specific requirements and volume to be processed by the production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

1. Secure from customers the details of the services to be performed.

2. Check regularly the volume completed by production and compares against the volume in the customer’s P.O.

3. Send reports to customers on a regular basis.         

4. Handles customer complaints and works with concerned group to generate action items to close customer complains.

5. Marketing campaigns and data base management.
*  Identify companies within different target markets and perform market research as required

*  Keep the marketing data base up to date and improving new data

* Draft and send email to prospective clients

* Do sales call daily and request  for appointment.

*Must meet KPI ( Key Performance Indices) assigned.

6. Provide assistance in developing the website and liase with IT department to ensure changes are made in an accurate and timely manner
7. Perform Customer Satisfaction Survey every quarter to clients
8. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties
9.  Generate designs for company profile and brochures.

10.  Perform other duties and task as assigned

The above job description is designed to give an overview of the tasks and responsibilities for this position. The CS, Sales and Marketing department will however evolve and grow over time to meet practice and market demands. The selected individual will be expected to embrace such changes and rise to the challenge of developing their skills over time. 

REQUIREMENTS:

– Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Administration, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
 – Must have at least one (1) year related experience gain from a semiconductor company or equivalent in related field
 – Above average communication skills
 – Must be customer focused, enthusiastic, prompt, courteous and patient in handling customer concerns
 – Computer Literate
